'The creation of the IFPM is marked by a long history page, I was then President of the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of Hauts-de -Seine, which began in 1991, filled with obstacles, a passionate advocate of textbooks and artistic professions. Thus was born the IFPM!. I wanted to bring the resources and innovative tools in these areas to develop the skills of young people who were no longer in the school system pins fit for their future project . So I worked to develop the sector of learning with my side, administrators, unions, professional World Champion and Best craftsmen in France, convinced that this pathway was a beautiful pool to enable them to acquire professional skills and integrate into the workforce with an open to all opportunities for career development and entrepreneurship of the care sector and beauty perspective.
